Portrait of Portia

I did a project where I drew a portrait of Portia from Shakespeare's Julius Caesar. I had an interesting idea to give the viewer a look inside her. They could take it I think one of two ways, one being the she committed suicide by eating hot coals or two that she was very conflicted. I learned that she was the daughter of Cato and that its better to commit suicide then get taken by the enemy.
